Yoga
Our Yoga and Wellbeing group, facilitated by Kotte, the founder of Being Yoga, is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for rangatahi to foster growth and learning. We prioritise offering 'tautoko', or support, and 'awhi', or embrace and uplift, to address mental health challenges such as anxiety or low mood.
Through the practical application of positive mental health tools, our aim is to equip rangatahi with skills they can integrate into their daily lives. Our sessions focus on movement as a means to foster a deeper connection between body and mind, as well as cultivating the ability to navigate and understand emotions.
