Yoga and wellbeing group is built on the foundations of providing a safe space for rangatahi to learn and grow, with tautoko and awhi given to help with mental health challenges such as anxiety or low-mood.
By using positive mental health tools in a practical way aims to help rangatahi be able to use in everyday life.
The programme is 8 weeks long throughout each term of the year.
Runs on Tuesdays 4pm at 6 Elgin street.
